I was having lunch at Ci Ci's Pizza here in Lincoln and I mentioned this new Page.
The manager said, "Why don't you review this place?"
Fair enough. The pizzas are Lex Luthor evil. And I mean that in a good way. Above is macaroni and cheese pizza. Great idea! Bacon and cheddar is new, and there is even apple pie pizza, and a lemon meringue pizza--which is awesome.
They told me the corporate chef comes up with the recipes.
Well he or she inspires me. I recently made a "hot dog and sauerkraut"-pizza, and a Reuben pizza.
Spam Pizza wasn't a classic, but it was edible. How about "Loaded Baked Potato"-pizza
